WIN A Gamesman

Unfortunately the prize draw saddle that was presented last year has been recalled, as the winner has failed to meet the criteria of the terms and conditions of the prize draw.

Therefore we felt it necessary to retain the saddle as the individual in question confirmed that they were not prepared to use the saddle on their games pony, as being a full contact panel was not suitable for their needs and unfortunatley could not be convinced otherwise.

As explained, this was one of the features of the saddle; and something that could not be altered.

Under the terms and conditions we felt that the saddle would not be used in the spirit of which it was intended for, therefore, it was regrettable that we had no option but to retain the saddle.

This unfortunately has prevented someone else from winning the saddle who perhaps would have embraced it along with its key features and benefits.

This whole exercise of a draw was designed to self-promote the saddle without making any profit, therefore, our intention now is to sell the saddle, and all funds will be donated to a charity.

It is with regret we have had to take this decision, however,. it is within our right that we do so.

T&C's below...............................................................
